Successful independent retailer rolls out new retail solution at head office and e-pos touch software across 180 tills
Eurostop, the leading supplier to the fashion, footwear and lifestyle sectors, has announced that Shaws has invested in Eurostop’s latest retail management systems to support all of its stores across Ireland. Shaws is an established department store business which has expanded across the country to today’s 15 stores. The company has installed Eurostop’s e-rmis head office system to manage stock across its business, including concessions in the department stores. Eurostop e-pos touch software will be installed on nearly 180 tills nationwide, with a live date of February 2016.
Shaws chose Eurostop for the company’s specialist retail experience and proven instore and head office systems. Eurostop’s e-rmis solution replaced Shaw’s incumbent solution that had required significant development work to support its current retail operations. Eurostop also integrated e-rmis with Shaw’s existing retail systems, now enabling stock and sales to be captured and reconciled across multiple outlets.
Jonathan Shaw, Managing Director at Shaws said; “We chose Eurostop for its solution as the team really understand the fashion retail business and the business processes involved. They were quick to respond to us which gave us the confidence to use a London based organisation. As a company we seek to keep abreast of changing retail trends while maintaining our reputation for quality and service. Eurostop’s systems help us to achieve this and as a UK supplier it’s very easy to discuss our business needs.”
“We have expanded our store network considerably over the years and found that our existing back office system required a lot of development to support the fast moving pace of retail and fashion. Eurostop’s e-rmis now enables us to manage and integrate sales and stock data from different systems, including concessions in the stores.”
Phillip Moylan – Sales Manager at Eurostop, said; “Successful retailers need to be able to adapt swiftly to market changes, whether managing stock levels to meet demand or monitoring price changes to keep up with the competition. They rely on their business systems to give them the latest sales and stock data, particularly when they operate over a wide geographical area. Eurostop retail systems have been designed to support retailers like Shaws by providing accurate, up to the minute data enabling them to make management decisions that help improve business performance.”
